Mrs. Irene G. Palmer, wife of the late Joel Palmer, died Wednesday afternoon 
May 10 at the home of her niece Mrs. William Bozung in Orleans.

Mrs. Palmer was born February 10, 1890, in Orleans, the youngest daughter of 
Mr. and Mrs. George Gleason.

She is survived by one son, Alfred j. Palmer of Orleans; two sisters, Mrs. J. 
C. Lambertson of Orleans and Mrs. Joseph Herrick of Tampa, Fla; one brother, 
Frank Gleason, Orlando, Fla., and four grandchildren.

Rev. H. T. Ellis of Belding will officiate at the funeral service which will 
be from Myers Funeral Home at 2:00 o’clock Saturday afternoon.  Queen Esther 
Chapter, O.E.C. will have charge of graveside services and burial will be in 
Orleans Cemetery.
