Ionia Sentinel Standard - July 23, 2011


Sue Ann (North) Palmer, 78, of Plantation, Fla., passed away May 25, 2011 
surrounded by her loving family. Born Aug. 31, 1932 to the late Marvin and 
Gertrude North.

Sue is survived by her loving husband, Don; three sons, Craig and Diane 
Schneider, David and Jessica Schneider and Todd Schneider; two daughters-in-
law, Tania and John Reuter, and Caris and Felix Ware; 12 grandchildren; and 16 
great grandchildren.

She was employed at the General Motors Proving Grounds in Milford for 18 years 
before retiring to Plantation, Fla.

Memorial services will be held at 8 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2011 at Schrauben-
Lehman Funeral Home, 220 Rich St, Ionia. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. at 
the funeral home. Graveside service and interment will be held at 11 a.m. 
Saturday at Palo Community Cemetery, Fenwick.
