Ionia Daily Standard, 12 Dec 1904

Patrick Palmer of Sebewa died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Howard, in 
Orange, on Saturday, Dec. 10, at the age of 70 years.  The funeral will be 
attended from the Church of SS. Peter & Paul, Ionia, on Tuesday morning at 9:30.  
Deceased was a long-time and greatly respected resident of his section, having 
made Sebewa his home for some 35 years.  He was a native of Ireland.  The good 
wife survives, as do also five children:  Mrs. Mary Howard, Mrs. Cyrus Harwood, 
Mrs. Edward Hackett, John and Martin, all residents of the county but John, who 
resides at Sunfield.
