The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Wednesday, March 15, 1939


Mrs. Georgia Pannell, formerly of near the Smith’s greenhouse, who has been 
residing in the Gratiot county home, died Monday, March 13, at the Alma 
hospital, where she was taken following a fall in which she broke her hip. 

Funeral services were held March 14.  Surviving are a son, Jess Hitchcock of 
near Orleans; a daughter, Mrs. Hubert Isham of Lansing and several 
grandchildren and great grandchildren.
