Ruby M. Parcher, age 100, of Palo, passed away Monday, November 7, 2011 at her 
home.

she was born on May 16, 1911 the daughter of Claude and Cora (Hoag) Bentley. 
She married Clifford L. Parcher in 1927 and he preceded her in death in 1998. 
In addition to her parent and husband, Ruby is preceded in death by a son and 
four great-great grandchildren. 

Ms. Parcher is survived by daughters Wanetta Hume of Palo, and Virginia 
Chrisman of Ionia; son, Louis and Mabel Parcher of Fenwick; fifteen 
grandchildren; thirty-six great grandchildren; and forty-six great-great 
grandchildren.

Ruby was a lifelong resident of the Palo area, and for many years she and her 
husband ran the grocery and antique store in Palo.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 13th at 2:00 pm at the Sheridan 
Assembly of God Church. Visitation is Saturday, November 12th from 1 to 4 pm at 
the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan. Interment at the Palo Cemetery.
