Ionia Sentinel Standard, 11 May 1981

David Pardee, 84, of Lapeer, a former Belding resident, died Friday in a
convalescent home in Lapeer.  He was born Jan. 21, 1897, in the Lapeer, the son
of Daniel and Melissa Pardee.  

His wife, Amy Castle Pardee, died in November 1979.  He is survived by several
nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from Hull Memorial Chapel,
Muir, with the Rev. Kenneth Martin of Community Baptist Church of Belding
officiating.  Burial will be in Oakhill Cemetery.
