Mrs. Sarah Parker, aged 27 years, passed away Monday, at the home of her step-
father, George Davenport, following a several days’ illness from pneumonia.

Mrs. Parker was a resident of Mulliken and had been visiting at the home of 
her step-father when her fatal sickness first made its appearance.  The 
ravages of the disease became so rapid that it was impossible to remove her to 
her home.

Besides the husband she is survived by a little child, one year old, and 
several brothers and sisters.

The remains were taken to Mulliken where the funeral was held, Wednesday, at 
the Methodist church in that city, in charge of Rev. Floyd Blewfield.
