The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, March 29, 1968


A former resident of Saranac, Aubrey L. Parker, 64, who lived at Trufant died 
Thursday at Belding Osteopathic hospital where he had been a medical patient 
the past several weeks.  

Surviving are his wife Marquerite of Trufant, two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth 
Shaler and Mrs. John Frederiksen both of Saranac; one son, Jerry Parker 
serving with the armed forces in Okinawa; nine grandchildren, one great 
granddaughter; father, Dewit Parker at a nursing home in Trufant; seven 
brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at Brown and Teman funeral home 
in Greenville with Rev. Salsbury of First officiating.  Interment will be in 
Langston cemetery.
