The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Friday, December 24, 1943
Mrs. Florence Parks, 84, died early Friday morning as the result of a stroke 
at her home in Pewamo.  She is survived by a half brother Walter Robertson of 
Ionia; three nieces, Mrs. Bertha Lockwood of Ionia, Mrs. Ray Barnard of 
Portland and Mrs. Bert Morton of Lansing; three nephews, Hugh Robertson of 
Ionia, John Robertson of Hubbardston and Albert Robertson of Lansing.  Funeral 
services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Shaw funeral 
chapel, Muir.

Subsequent Publication

Funeral services for Mrs. Florence Parks, 84, lifelong resident of Pewamo, 
were held Sunday afternoon at the Shaw funeral chapel, Muir.  Rev. Gerald 
Jacobs, pastor of the Lyons Methodist church, officiated and burial was in 
East Plains cemetery.
