The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, December 24, 1932
Mrs. Nettie Divine Parmeter died Tuesday morning, December 20, in Grand 
Rapids, burial taking place Wednesday.  Her husband, Henry Parmeter, died 
three months ago.  Mrs. Parmeter was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel 
Devine, the former operating a blacksmith shop in Ionia several years ago.  
Her only near survivor is a cousin, Mrs. H. J. Cornell, of Belding.

Mrs. Parmeter left Ionia and went to Grand Rapids then five years ago moved to 
Detroit, returning to Grand Rapids three weeks ago because of illness.
