MISS MABLE PARNEY
Miss Mable Parney, 71, of Belding, died Monday, September 16, at St. Mary's
Hospital, Grand Rapids.

Miss Parney was born Oct. 24, 1885, in Bad Axe, the daughter of Lewis and Jennie
Parney. She came to Belding about 45 years ago with her parents. For the past two years she
had lived in Grand Rapids.

Surviving are three brothers, Roy Parney, London, Ont., Lewis, Schnectedy, N.Y. and
William, Bad Axe; one sister, Mrs. Mary Tory, Schenectedy, N.Y, and a cousin Mrs.
Esther Hosford, Grand Rapids.

Funeral service was held Wednesday, September 18, at 2:00 p.m. at Fitzjohn  Funeral
Home. Interment was in River Ridge Mausoleum.
