Edna L. Parsons, widow of the late Jay T. Parsons, passed away at Blodgett
Hospital June 4 after a short illness.  Mrs. Parsons was 90 years of age.  She
leaves a daughter, Pearl Cunningham; two sons, Lester of Cedar Springs and Glenn
of Lowell; six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, several nieces and
nephews.  Mrs. Parsons spent most of her lifetime as a resident of South Boston
and had recently made her home with her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs.
Henry Cunningham.  She was active in the M.E. Church of Lowell, the South Boston
Grange and other community activities.  Services were held Saturday from Roth
Funeral Home, Rev. Gosney officiating.  Interment South Boston Cemetery.
