Beatrice Patrick, aged 91, of Saranac, passed away July 31, 2006. She was born 
June 14, 1915 in Ionia ,the daughter of Benjamin and Cora (Mutschler) 
Jackson.  She was a member of Eastern Star. She married Merrill M. Patrick 
July 4, 1935 in Saranac.

Beatrice is survived by her son Duane and Jenett Patrick and daughter Anita 
and Douglas Sage all of Saranac and 6 grandchildren and 14 great 
grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband Merrill July 
27, 1994 and 6 brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will held at Lake Funeral Home in Saranac Friday 11 a.m. with 
Mr. Allen MacDonald officiating and also speaking will be great-granddaughter 
Rachel Wolbers. The family will receive friends and family Thursday from 6-
8:30 p.m. Anyone wishing to may make memorial contributions to the Saranac 
Fire Dept or the Saranac Elementary School Library.
