                         GERTRUDE E.PAULSON

BELDING - Gertrude E. Paulson, 82, of 11154 Belding Road, Belding, died Monday 
at her residence.

Born in Chicago,Jan. 2, 1905, she was the daughter of August and Emma Kindler 
Leverenz. In Nov. 29 in South Bend, Ind, she was married to Walter Paulson, he 
died in 1955.

She was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Belding.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs.Richard (Irene) Terpstra of Grand Rapids, 
Mrs.Carl (Halla) Geiger of St.Johns and Mrs.Clair (Mary) Melinn of Byron Center, 
five sons, Norman of Fenton, Donald of Pateros, Wash., Robert of Orange,Calif., 
and Gerald and Matthew, both of Belding; 28 grandchildren; 12 great-
grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs.Fred (Frances) Poe of Missouri.

She was preceded in death by one son, Raymond, in 1947 and two brothers and one 
sister.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Johnson Funeral Home, Belding,
with the Rev.Paul Hauser of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Belding.

Burial will be in Otisco Cemetery.

Visitors may call Tuesday after 2 p.m. until service time.
