Ionia Sentinel Standard, 22 May 1990

Sylvia L. Payne, 87, 305 Divine Highway, Portland, died Monday at her home.  She
was born March 8, 1903, in Lupton, the daughter of Henry and Julia Snyder Ingraham.

Survivors include one sister, Josephine Davis of Portland; and several nieces
and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Neller Funeral Home in
Portland, with the Rev. Stanley Finkbeiner officiating.  Burial will be in
Portland Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Richard and John Davis, Fred Fyan, John
and Lanty Cahoon and Dennis Helmer.
