Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. K. F. Kendrick Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the residence. Interment will take place in the Highland Park mausoleum by the side of her husband who proceeded her in death June 20, 1928. Mrs. Payne was born in West Olive 73 years ago and had been a resident of Ionia for 45 years. She had been sick since June 1929. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church. Surviving her are three children, Mrs. Roy Hinds, Mrs. Fred Barnes, and William Payne Jr. of Ionia; two brothers, Benjamin Names and John Names, and a sister, Miss Sarah Names, of West Olive, and a sister, Mrs. Etta Stone of Chicago.
