Ionia County News - Thursday, April 20, 1950

Mrs. Gladys Payne, 54, died of a heart attack, Tuesday, April 18, at her home 
in Portland. A former resident of Muir and member of Evergreen Chapter, OES 
Lyons, she moved to Portland several years ago. The Paynes operated a green 
house and flower shop on M-16, east of Portland.
