PEACOCK BURIED SUNDAY Dr. Thomas L. Peacock died last Thursday at his home on the Boulevard after a long illness. He was 79 years old. Dr. Peacock practiced medicine at Sunfield and Lansing for 38 years. Retiring in 1938 he with Mrs. Peacock moved to Lake Odessa where they since made their home. He was a member of the American Medical Association and of the Physical Medicine Association of Chicago, a charter member of both the F and AM and Order of Eastern Star of Sunfideld. He became associated with the chapters here upon moving to Lake Odessa. Surviving are his wife, Edna; a daughter Mrs. Fred Knudsen of Lansing; a son Haessel of Midland; a brother Harlan of Big Rapids; four sisters, Mrs. Cora Waring of Williamsburg, Mrs. Dora Johnson of Ionia, Mrs. Idelpha Reghie and Mrs. Ella Wilson of Portland; and five grand children. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at Central Methodist church with the Rev. Victor W. Thrall officiating. burial was in Lakeside cemetery.
