Warren Peake, on Sunday morning, were largely attended, representatives from the Oddfellows, Daughters of Rebekah, and Ancient Order Workmen being present beside the family friends. The discourse was by Rev. D. A. Jewell, and the singing was by Mrs. Horace Peck, Miss Greta Benedict and Willis F. and Horace Peck. The remains were taken to Danby Township for interment, from whence Mr. and Mrs. Peake moved to Ionia. The bearers were the three sons, Clarence W., Lynne L., Russell A., and a nephew. A grievous incident of the already sad occasion was the feebleness of Mr. Peake, which forbid his making the long journey to the grave. Mr. and Mrs. John Nichol and Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Inman of this city accompanied the mourning relatives to the burial grounds.
