Ionia Sentinel Standard, 2002

Linnie Pearson, 81, of Ionia, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2002 in Ionia.
She was born December 26, 1920 in Sheridan, the daughter of Albert and Carrie 
(Emery) Teed.  She married Lawrence Pearson June 21, 1941 in Sheridan, who 
preceded her in death July 17, 2002.  She was a member of VFW Ladies Auxiliary 
Sheridan Post.

She is survived by her sons, Jim (Suzie) Pearson of Ionia and Al (Mary Ann) 
Pearson of Ionia; her daughter Joyce (Robert) Renucci of Ionia; sister Edith 
Edwards of Edmore; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  She was 
preceded in death by seven brothers and sister.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, December 20, 2002 at Lake 
Funeral Home in Ionia with Rev. Scott Anderson officiating.  Interment Sunset 
Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends and family Thursday from 2 
p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.  Anyone 
wishing may make a memorial contribution to Alzheimers Association or Ionia 
Area Hospice.  Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
