The body was taken to the LeValley church, where the remainder of the services in charge of Rev. C.E. Thies, were held. The LeValley choir, consisting of Mrs. C.E. Thies, Mrs. William Weisgerber?, Mrs. Frank Baker, Mrs. Kate Taylor, and Mrs. Albert Hinds at the piano, provided music. The Standard Bearers of the LeValley church, of which Maurice was a member, attended in a group and from this branch of the church were chosen the bearers, Harold Simmons, William Brickley, Roy Shook, Marshall Smith. Ruben Leifheit, and Murl Badder. The burial was in the family lot in Highland Park cemetery.
