March 8, 1900 After lingering for twenty days Miss Georgia E. Peck, of Minneapolis, passed away at Harper hospital, Detroit, Friday morning, her death resulting from the injuries she received in a collision with a bicycle. The end was not unexpected, as from the first her physicians would give but faint hope of her recovery, although Tuesday she rallied, and for a time it was thought that she might live. Miss Peck had been visiting her sister, Mrs. Bluglay R. Fales, and on the afternoon of the accident was shopping. While crossing Woodard avenue she was struck and knocked down by Robert Day, a bicycle messenger. She was 23 years of age and had had all the advantages that wealth could bestow. Minneapolis, Minn.
