DIANE MARIE PEIFFER

Died Monday, January 13, 2025-age 79 Grand Ledge,MI
Born September 12, 1946 in Portland,MI, to the late Nicholas & Helen (Simunek) 
Zimmerman.
Graduated from Portland St.Patrick High School in the Class of 1963.
Attended Farthing Beauty School. Became a beautician & worked at Pink Lady, 
First Class Hair Design & Trendsetters.
Diane always looked forward to spending time in her flower gardens & landscaping 
projects in her yard. She was also a reader & enjoyed mystery novels.
Survived by her husband of over 56 years, Jerry; children Zak (Molly Keenan) 
Peiffer & Madelyn (Kelly Thompson) Majewski; grandchildren, Tyson, Lindsey & 
Ristoph; great-grandson,Mason Hoffman; siblings, Jerry Zimmerman, Linda (Steve) 
Spedoske, Kathy (Charles) Schrauben, Lois (Doug) Musbach & Donna (Harold) King; 
sister-in-law, Diane & Alice Zimmerman along with numerous nieces, nephews and 
cousins.
Preceded in death by siblings, Jack Zimmerman, Tom Zimmerman & Virginia 
Zimmerman.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025, 12:00 PM at the 
Holihan-Atkin-Barclay Funeral Home, Grand Ledge,MI.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of the service.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Capital Area Humane Society.
