Jeanette Micheline Pennock, of Clarksville, passed away peacefully Saturday,
November 18.  She was born in Nice, France to Florent and Catherine Maia.  She
married Loree C. Pennock on July 5, 1954.  She and her family moved to the US in
1960.  She loved her God, faith and family and was a long time member of St.
Anthony’s Church in Saranac.  She always placed her children and grandchildren’s
needs before her own.  She enjoyed classical music, gardening, her family and
friends.

She is survived by her husband Loree C. Pennock of Clarksville; children, Daniel
Pennock of Clarksville, Cathy (Gary) Emelander of Belding, Ed (Mindy) Pennock of
Saranac; grandchildren, great grandchildren; cousin Armande Cason of Nice,
France; nephews, Vincent, Pierre and Jean Maia of Paris and Antibes, France. 
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Etienne Maia and cousin
Maurice Ferretti.

Visitation will be at St. Anthony Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 23, at
10 a.m. followed by Rosary at 10:30 a.m.  Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. with
Father Hack celebrant.  Arrangements were made by Lake Funeral Home in Saranac.
 Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony Church in Saranac.
