Frank Perce, 71, died Tuesday morning at his home at 412 ˝ West Main street 
after a week’s illness.  He had been sexton at Highland Park cemetery for eight 
years and had retired about a year ago.

Born in Portland, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Freeman Perce, both born in 
New York state.  His only survivor is a nephew, Frank W. Way, of Portland.

Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at 11 o’clock at the Myers 
funeral home.  Rev. George Woolcock of the First Baptist church will officiate 
and burial will be in Portland cemetery.
