J. Percival, cashier of the State Savings Bank, received the sad intelligence Friday of the death of his brother Fred at Cambridge Springs, Pa., where he went about a week before to receive treatment. He had been in declining health for several months, his affliction being a kind of kidney trouble. His home was at St. Mary’s, W. Va., but visited his brother in this place annually and during his stays made many friends who will be grieved to learn of his death. While his brothers, W. J. and George knew that his health was very poor they did not realize that his condition was so bad, and they were greatly shocked upon receiving the news of his demise. George departed for Pennsylvania Friday to accompany the remains back to Palo, where they were interred in the family lot in which only recently, the remains of his father was laid to rest.
