Ionia Sentinel Standard, 12 Nov 1943

Funeral services for Mrs. Dora B. Peckins, 69, of Ionia, were held Thursday
afternoon at 2:00 o’clock at the Stone funeral home.  Rev. A.J. Westmaas of the
First Presbyterian church officiated, and burial was in Keefer cemetery, Lyons.

Miss Esther Thompson was in charge of floral arrangements, and pallbearers were
Francis Peckins, Edward Peckins, George Staley, Montgomery Webster, Paul Warden, and
Chandler Haight.

Attending services from away were Mrs. Gertrude Fifield of Detroit and Faye Longe of
Pontiac.
