Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 9 Apr 1942

Leonard F. Perry, 54, died at his home, 212 West Washington street, early
Thursday morning, April 9.  He was the son of John and Julia Adams Perry and was
born in Ionia.  His father was employed at the Michigan state hospital.  Working
as an artist, he had lived the major part of his life in this vicinity.

Surviving are the wife, Anna and six children, Gerard, Frederick, Quintilia,
Theressa and Clarabell.

The body has been removed to the Bradley funeral home.  Funeral arrangements are
not yet completed.

[Transcriber’s note:  There is a notation on the obituary card that he was
buried in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.]
