Shannon Perry aged 26 of Saranac passed away July 3, 2004 after a lengthy 
illness.  He was born July 24, 1977 in Ionia the son of Robert and Karen 
(Wireman) Perry II.  He attended Saranac Schools. He was employed by 
Architectual Specialties of Grand Rapids as a Drywaller. 

He is survived by his fiancé and mother of his son Katie Rueckert of Saranac; 
his son Aiden Perry of Saranac; his Father Robert and Cindy Perry II of 
Saranac; mother Karen DeBerg of Saranac and her special friend Phil Matuk of 
Lowell; his Grandparents Eileen Perry of Saranac, Sandra Nash of Gowen, Rose 
Wireman of Belding; his fiance’s parents Jo Rueckert of Saranac and Lyle 
Rueckert of Cedar Springs; sister Missie and Todd Conner of Saranac; step 
brothers Dar Getts of Saranac and Jason Getts of Greenville.  He was preceded 
in death by his brother, Robert Perry, in 2004. 

Funeral Services will be held Thursday 11:00 A.M. at the Saranac Community 
Church with Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating. Interment Saranac Cemetery. 
Visitation will be on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-8:30 P.M. at the Lake Funeral Home 
in Saranac. Anyone wishing may make memorial contributions to the family of 
Shannon Perry.
