Mrs. Frances E. Pervorse was born in the town of Arcadia, Wayne county, New 
York, in the year 1849, and died in Newark, Wayne county, New York, Nov. 13, 
1901.  She was a daughter of James B. Tibbits, and the eldest of four children, 
her mother dying when she was but 11 years of age, deceased being all the 
mother the younger children ever knew.  She was loved and respected by all who 
knew her.  She had been a great sufferer for many years.  Her remains were sent 
to the home of her only surviving sister, Mrs. Mart Bugbee, where funeral 
services were held Sunday afternoon, being conducted by Rev. Dr. Ogden.  
Interment in the Keefer cemetery.
