The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, June 20, 1961
Mrs. Lina Peschke, 73, died Monday at Harper hospital in Detroit.  Owner of 
Ionia Peschke Packing company for the past 18 years, she was the wife of Carl 
Peschke who died in June 1959 on the eve of their 50th wedding anniversary.  
Mrs. Peschke was born in Germany and after coming to United States, made her 
home in Detroit and Miami Beach, Fla. 

She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Stanley Mundt of Ionia, Mrs. John C. 
Lillie of Rochester, Minn., and Mrs. Shirley J. Georgi of Grosse Pointe Park; 
10 grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Emil Endlich and Mrs. William Buchholz. 

Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Verheyden funeral 
home, 16300 Mack at Outer drive, Grosse Pointe.  Interment will be at Woodlawn 
cemetery.
