Memorial services for Eugene W. Petersen, 44, of 999 Twelve Mile Road NW,
Sparta, were held Sunday at the Huffman Funeral Home in Belding.  Mr. Petersen
died Thursday at his home.  He was born July 30, 1941, in Belding, the son of
Lyle and Juanita Petersen.

He is survived by his parents; a daughter, Kim Petersen, Sparta; four sons,
Wayne, Belding, Kirt, Nashville, Scott, Grand Rapids, Brent, Sparta; a grandson;
a sister, Mrs. Peter (Anita) Shindorf, Belding.

The Rev. Kenneth Harger officiated at services.  Envelopes are available at the
funeral home for memorial contributions to Lincoln Development Center.
