Mary H. Peterson, 71, of Harrison died Saturday, September 18, 1999 at Mid 
Michigan Medical Center in Midland.  She was born April 4, 1928 in Janesville, 
Wis., the daughter of Allen and Clara (Zmuda) Roche.  Mrs. Peterson was a 
resident of Harrison since 1985 and was formerly of Stanton and Palo.  She was 
a member of the Palo Rebekah Lodge #389, the L.E.A. #53 of Palo and the 
L.A.P.M. #10 of Midland.

She is survived by her husband, Robert W. Peterson, who she married June 4, 
1949 in Ionia.  Also surviving are her son, Raymond Peterson, and his friend 
Karen Quincy, both of Jerome; daughter-in-law, Kay Oligny of Lowell; and two 
grandchildren, Melissa Peterson and Justin Peterson, both of Lowell.

She was preceded in death by Roger and Ronald, two infant sons who died at 
birth, and son Robert Allen Peterson, who died January 8, 1992.
