Raymond L. Petipren, 54, of 311 Belding Road, Orleans, died Saturday.  He was 
born in Detroit Jan 10, 1932, the son of Lloyd P. and Bertha E. Ruemanapp? 
Petipren.  He attended Dearborn schools.

He married Jean Ulrich on April 4, 1959.  She preceded him in death on June 14, 
1982.  He was the former owner of Ray’s Safety Clinic in Orleans.  He was a 
member of the SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Ionia.

Surviving are three sons, Lloyd of Orleans, James and Karl, both of Ft. 
Lauderdale, Fla., three daughters, Nancy Wilson Jr. of Ionia, Marian Petipren 
of Kona, Hawaii, and Laura Petipren of Orleans, two brothers, Ed Petipren of 
Scottvill and Robert Petipren of Redford, Conn., four sisters, Rita McCormick 
of Allen Park, Marge Penn, Dolly Hart and Evelyn Berry, all of Dearborn, and 
two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the SS Peter and Paul 
Catholic Church.  Burial will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.  Rosary will be said 
at 8:15 p.m. today at the Montgomery Leddick Funeral Home.  The family will 
receive visitors from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral 
home.  Memorials may be given to SS Peter and Paul Catholic School.
