Funeral services were held Saturday at the Sebewa Corners Methodist church for 
Mrs. Roy Petrie, 68, who died Wednesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. 
Jerene Collier in Lake Odessa.  The Rev. Robert Carson and the Rev. Myron 
Dawson officiated at the services and burial was in Danby cemetery.

Mrs. Petrie lived her entire life in Sebewa and Danby townships.  Surviving 
are the husband, Roy; three daughters, Mrs. Collier, Mrs. Edith Cline of Lake 
Odessa, and Mrs. Ruth Doolittle of Mulliken; and one son, Ernest of Milford.  
Mrs. Petrie was a member of the Sebewa Corners M. E. church and for many years 
an ardent worker in that church.
