Anna May Leak was born in Eaton county, March 15, 1889, and died at her home in 
Sebewa, Nov. 12, 1904, aged 15 years, seven months and 28 days.

She was married to Earl Pettingill, October 4, 1904.  Her wedded life was but a 
few short days, only a moment of time in this life of ours.

She leaves a husband, father and mother, two brothers and one sister, besides a 
host of loving friends and relatives to mourn her early departure.

Her death is a sad blow for her young husband and parents, who have the 
sympathy of the entire community in this their saddest hour of affliction.  
Thus another flower is cut down in early youth.
