He was born in Hungary June 9, 1883, and came to this country in 1913. He had lived in Pewamo since 1921 and for the past 20 years had worked at the Ionia Manufacturing company. He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic church in Pewamo. Surviving him are the wife, Rose, who came to this country with him in 1913; two daughters, Mrs. M.R. Mundale, of Detroit and Mrs. Mary Swenor of Ionia; five sons, Jacob of Long Beach, Calif., and William M. of Norfolk, Va., both with the U.S. Navy; Anthony, Jr., and John of Flint and Carl at home; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic church in Pewamo with interment in St. Joseph’s cemetery.
