Had Lived In Danby Fifty Years.

Wm. G. Phillips died at his home in Danby township on the 13th inst., aged 65 
years.

The funeral services were largely attended on Sunday afternoon last, Rev. D. E. 
Millard officiating.

Deceased was a native of N.Y. City, but came to Danby when 16 years of age and 
he has since resided there.  He was a brother of Mrs. Thos. Pryer of this 
village.

He leaves a widow and three sons, beside a large circle of acquaintances to 
mourn his loss.  He was an upright, honorable man and highly respected in the 
community.
