Harry B. Phillips, of Danby, Passes

Had Been Life-long Resident Of This Community – Funeral Held Sunday Afternoon.

The death of Harry B. Phillips, aged 62 years, occurred at the family home west 
of Frost corners, Friday afternoon of cancer of the stomach.  Funeral services 
were held at the residence Sunday afternoon, in charge of Rev. J. H. Bancroft. 
under the auspices of the Portland Woodman lodge.  Burial was made in the Danby 
cemetery.

Mr. Phillips was a lifelong resident of Danby, having been born in that 
township on May 18, 1863.  On March 28, 1887 he was married to Miss Tinnie 
Wilkins, who with two children, Mrs. Herman Goodell, of Jackson, and Lloyd, at 
home, survive.
