The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, December 11, 1952


Mrs. Galah Phillips, 42, died at Traverse City at 5 a.m. Wednesday, December 
10.  She was born in Maple Rapids.

Surviving are a son, Norman Phillips; and two brothers, Willis Richards of 
Ionia and Lyle Richards of Shepherd.

Private services will be held for the immediate family Saturday at 2 p.m. at 
the Shaw-Rivett funeral home, Muir.  Burial will be in Highland Park cemetery, 
Ionia.
