Daily Sentinel, Mon. May 20, 1912
Mrs. Josephine Phillips died in Grand Rapids at the home of her daughter Friday 
night and the remains were brought here this morning and taken to Palo where the 
funeral was held at 2:30 o'clock. Burial was in Palo cemetery.
