Mr. Edwin Forest Phillips, Jr. passed away at his residence very unexpectedly. 
Mr. Phillips was 66 years of age. 

Mr. Phillips is survived by his children, Laura Phillips, Edwin F. Phillips 111 
and Amy (Khris) Walenga. Also surviving Mr. Phillips are one brother, three 
sisters, numerous nieces, nephews and special friends. 

To celebrate the life of Edwin Phillips, Jr. there will be a memorial  service 
at Reyers North Valley Chapel on Fuller N.E. in Grand Rapids, 11 A.M. 
Wednesday, January 23, 2013. Chaplain Chuck VanLente officiating.

The family will be available to receive friends and family from 10:00 a.m. 
until the time of the service.

Memorial contributions may be sent to the Humane Society of West Michigan, 3077 
Wilson N.W. Grand Rapids, 49534 in Mr. Phillips honor.
