Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon in the First Baptist Church at
Harrison for Mrs. Orris Phinney, 73, who died Thursday at her home there.  She
was the former Edna Hall, daughter of George Hall and lived in this area in her
earlier life.

She leaves her husband, Orris Phinney, and one son Charles Phinney of Lansing
and five grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Gertrude Tuttle of Smyrna and two
brothers, Ralph Hall of Mason and Luther Hall of Cooks Corners.

Mrs. and Mrs. Luther Hall and Mrs. and Mrs. Harold Davis attended the funeral in
Harrison Monday afternoon.
