Excerpts from Greenville Obituary

                              R. BERNICE PHINNEY

Died Saturday August 30, 1980-age 84 at Kent Community Hospital, Grand Rapids.
Born December 9, 1895 in Gratiot County.
Survived by 3 daughters, Mrs.Walter (Louise) Fountaine, Belding, Mrs.Gordon 
(Patricia) Herrington, Rockford, Mrs.William (Colleen) Curtis, Grand Rapids; 2 
brothers; Mark Bailey, Grand Rapids, Vern Bailey, Pentwater; 12 grandchildren 
and 18 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were today Sept, 2 at 1 at Huffman Funeral Home, Belding.
Pastor James Crawford and Father Samuel Morrison officiating.
Interment in River Ridge Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Alvah N.Belding Library, Michigan Heart 
Association, American Cancer Society or St.Paul's Episcopal Church.
