BONNIE PIERCE 1931-2017
Bonnie M. Pierce, 85, of Ionia passed away Feb. 19, 2017 in Lowell. She was 
born Nov. 6, 1931 in Ionia, Michigan.

Bonnie graduated from Ionia High School class of 1949. She worked for AT&T 
for over 30 years. She was a member of Communication Workers of America and 
Telephone Pioneers of America. Bonnie loved playing guitar. She was an artist 
at heart, enjoying china painting and oil painting.

Bonnie is survived by special friends Robert and Barbara Stoddard of Byron 
Center, Bonnie Klingbeil of Ionia and Lewis Slater of Ionia.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation has taken place and a graveside memorial service will be held 1 
p.m., Thursday, Feb. 23, at Balcom Cemetery with Pastor John Kirkman 
officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Sparrow Ionia Hospital.
