Ionia County News - Thursday, March 12, 1959

William "Billy" George Piercefield, 2 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne 
Piercefield of 609 N. Lansing street, St. Johns, died Friday, March 6, at 3:00 
a.m. at the Ford Hospital in Detroit.

He was born March 7, 1957 in St. Johns.

Surviving besides his parents are his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Gee, 
Fenwick, and Mr. and Mrs. William Piercefield of Portland; a sister, Dorothy, 
6, and a brother, Wayne Jr., 4.

Funeral service was held Monday, March 9, at the First Christian Church in Muir 
with the Rev. Roger Wright of Belding officiating. Interment was in Oakwood 
Cemetery in Muir.

Arrangements were made by the Osgood Funeral Home in St. Johns.
