Ionia Shopper's Guide - Saturday April 1, 2023

                               PIFER

Dorothy Pauline Pifer age 76 of Charlotte,MI formerly of Saranac, MI passed 
daughter of Richard and Florence(Corwin)Ellison. She married Leslie Pifer in 
1980, he passed away in 2000.

Dorothy enjoyed playing Bingo and card games.She always welcomed company and 
enjoyed being with her family. Her great grandkids lovingly referred to her as 
"Great" and she enjoyed time spending with them whenever possible.

Surviving is her children, Stan (Susan) Pifer of Eaton Rapids,Steve (Dawn) Pifer 
of Saranac, Susan (Chuck)  of Washington,Sharon (Joe) Carter of Dimondale and 
Hope (Tom) Shaw of Remus; grandchildren, Joseph Peters,Dennis Peters, Devin 
Jackson, Stephanie (±Saravanan) Palanivel, Danielle (Robert) Gregory, Victoria 
(Eric) Thompson, Tony (Jamie) Carter, Tim (Mickey)Carter, Aaron (Sara) Shaw and 
Morgan (Brad) Hopkins; 23 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leslie, 2 sisters and 3 
brothers.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements inc are of Lake
