Mrs. Donna May Piggott, 53, of Route 2, Fowler, died Thursday in a Lansing 
hospital.  A lifelong area resident, she was born on Sept. 22, 1926, in Ionia 
County to George and Edna Fletcher.  She graduated from Pewamo High School in 
1944.  She married Gordon Piggott on June 26, 1948.  She was a member of Most 
Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Fowler and a homemaker.

Mrs. Piggott is survived by her husband, Gordon; three sons, Gordon Jr., and 
James of Fowler and Thomas of Janesville, Wisc.; two daughters, Barbara 
Piggott of Lansing and Lorraine Piggott of Fowler; two brothers, Russell 
Fletcher of Muir and Neil Fletcher of Ionia; and two sisters, Hazel Wright of 
Ionia and Wilma Dorey of Belding.

Funeral services will be held in Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Fowler 
at 10:30 a.m. Monday.  Burial will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery.  Rosary 
services will be held at 2 and 8 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday in George 
Chapel, Fowler.
