The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, February 11, 1929
Funeral services for Leslie Pilgrim, who died of heart trouble Saturday at the 
county farm, where he had been employed for several years, were held Monday 
afternoon from the Densmore undertaking parlors at Saranac.  He was born at 
Smyrna August 9, 1877, and had spent most of his life in Boston and Berlin 
townships.
