The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Thursday, August 17, 1922

George Pinkava, age 49, passed away at his home, 329 Welton street, this 
morning at 5 o’clock.  The body was removed to the Bradley & Sparks chapel.  
The funeral services will be held from the chapel at 8:30 Friday morning and 
from the church of SS. Peter and Paul at 9 o’clock.  Burial will take place in 
Mt. Olivet cemetery.

Subsequent Publication:  Saturday, August 19, 1922

The funeral for George Pinkava was held from the Bradley & Sparks chapel 
Friday morning at 8:30, and from the Church of SS. Peter and Paul at 9:00 
o’clock.  Rev. Father H. D. McCarthy officiated, and burial took place in Mt. 
Olivet cemetery.
